The BoE actually. Both the TFS and the FLS are now closed to new business. And if you look down the list of those institutions who benefited, you will see a lot of them are challenger banks.

Are you kidding? Mortgages are cheap. Today you could get one for 1.5% - CPI is 2%. You are being paid to borrow.:)0 -
