Parking company will not pay my costs after I won court case

Hi, I won a case against VCS on May 2nd and was awarded £95. Since then I have had several emails promising that they will pay, asking for my bank details to make a payment, saying how "embarrassing" it was that they haven't paid, etc. but they still have not paid.
Can anyone tell me what recourse I have? The court have told me that I can issue enforcement proceedings but, from the court website, it seems that this will cost me £45. I would rather receive the total money owed without deductions. Is this possible? Can interest be added? (After all, they seemed to be keen to add admin costs when they were initially chasing me with the "parking charge"!)
Thanks for your help in advance.

You will be able to add the cost of enforcement onto the amount they owe you
Alternatively follow the small claim route - again all costs and interest can be added to the sum being claimed0 -
The £45 is added to the amount they will collect.0

Make that two of us... I won them last week and I’m expecting £7.43
