    Since the 24 is a non-working day I think I'll hand-deliver the notice.

    24th is a Saturday so post will be delivered. You can still post today with a CoP as suggested above.


    You could deliver it by hand but do get a receipt - type something out ready for them to sign. I think I might post a letter as well - belt and braces!

    1st class post will be delivered on a Saturday, so posting today will mean you served notice on 24th.


    Whether the LL/agent does or does not open the mail on the day it is served is down to them.
