1) The prize comprises:

Standard class return rail travel for four from the UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to Doncaster;
Return private transfers for four between the train station and the hotel, unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights and transfers to the hotel;
Two (2) nights’ accommodation for four at Best Western Premier Mount Pleasant Hotel based on sharing a Family Room (subject to availability);
Daily Breakfast for four people;
Three-course dinner for four at the hotel on one evening (excludes drinks);
Entry for four to Yorkshire Wildlife Park on one day with a choice of one of the following animal experiences for four (prize winner and guests must pick the same experience, subject to availability):
Meet the Lemurs Experience (30 minutes):
Go behind the scenes and meet the park’s cheeky Lemurs
Discover amazing facts about the species alongside the park’s expert Animal Ranger
Feed the Lemurs and see inside their house
Experience takes place between March and October and is not available on Tuesday and Wednesdays
Experience is suitable for people over the age of 6. All children must be accompanied by an adult (age 16+)
Experience is for a maximum of four people at a time, and is suitable for wheelchair users and guests with mobility issues. However, the Lemur house is not accessible for wheelchair users
Meet the Meerkats (30 minutes):
Meet and feed the park’s family of Meerkats
Discover amazing facts about the species
Opportunity to ask the park’s expert Ranger any questions you have about Meerkats
Experience takes place between March and October and is not available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Experience is suitable for people over the age of 5. All children must be accompanied by an adult (16+)
Experience is for a maximum of four people at a time, and is not suitable for wheelchairs
Meet the Wallabies (30 minutes):
Say hello to the Wallabies up close, with behind the scenes access usually off-limits to the public
Feed them their favourite foods
Learn more about this incredible species from the park’s expert Animal Rangers
Experience takes place between March and October and is not available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Experience is suitable for people over the age of 3. All children must be accompanied by an adult (16+)
Experience is for a maximum of four people at a time, and is suitable for wheelchair users and guests with mobility issues
Return private transfers for four between the hotel and Yorkshire Wildlife Park; and
£1,000 spending money.
2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3) The prize must be taken and completed by 31st August 2020. The trip cannot be taken over Christmas & New Year (19 December 2019 to 3 January 2020), Easter weekend (10 April 2020 to 13 April 2020) The prize and its components are subject to availability.

4) Should the prize winner prefer to drive themselves a mileage allowance up to the value of £200 will be offered and the rail allowance and taxi transfers will be forfeited. The allowance will be calculated on a return basis at 45p per mile from the prize winner’s home address and the hotel.

5) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the property. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check into the property for security deposit purposes.

6) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines

7) The prize excludes transfers between the prize winner’s home and the train station/airport of departure, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

8) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.

9) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

10) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

11) A cheque for the spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
