Evening
I’ve received a parking charge notice in the post today on the 19th aug 2019 from a private parking company Called APCOA parking.
They said The parking offence was allegedly on the 25th June 2019, the company got it or started dealing with the notice 51 days after the 25th June. Then they posted the parking charge Notice on the 15th August2019 and I received a parking charge notice Today the 19th August which is 55 days after the the notice.
Can I get this parking charge revoked or cancelled due to the time frame.? Please advice

Yes, appeal it as keeper using the blue text template from the newbies faq sticky thread near the top of the forum, or if it's a company vehicle, use one of the example appeals by Edna basher
Then take it to Popla, where apcoa will back down0
