Hi All,
I am desperate for some help.
I received a parking ticket back in May, I was doing a job for a property in a residential housing complex in Reading (kennet island), I was given a parking permit by the estate agents who gave me a parking permit. When arriving I could not find my parking bay (this place was a maze with confusing letters and numbers everywhere), I decided to park near the flats but in a visitor bay as I didnt want to park in someones spot. Long story short I popped in and searched for the visitor permit, which I ofund ten mins later, I ran outside and of course had a ticket. I then saw the warden and flagged him down explaining that I have the permit and just needed to go in and get the visitors permit. He was very understanding and said I shoild be able to get it overturned and he will put in a good word. I went home feeling better about it and emailed to explain one the appeals site. Of course I received a letter a few weeks later declining my appeal. I have spoken to friends in my company and they have also parked here and just ignored the tickets.
My worry is that I have tried to appeal and therefore wonder if I am liable to pay this. The company hounding me with letters are TRACE. The say the have a good case against me and I'll go to court. I cannot affrod to get a CCJ against my name. Can anyone help? What should I do?
I have the corresponding letter from my appeal but not sure how to upload it one here?

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE
To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

Ignore the debt collectors
If you lose and pay up on the way out, (or within one month) the CCJ will be expunged, it's not paying it promptly, in full , that affects your credit rating
