I have an iva that is completed and I'm just wondering if I need to declare this when trying to rent?

I'd say if they don't ask, you have no obligation to tell them. Of course if they do a credit check it will show up (for 6 years from start of IVA), for some landlords/agents it'll be a dealbreaker for others not a huge issue
If the 6 years has passed I'd avoid telling them unless they specifically ask0
