If you overstayed etc and were sent a PCN out by a company but it failed to reach you due to the post being lost, how does that work?

They will send you another & another, they all can't get lost.

I suppose what i was asking was you had a certain time to appeal so what if you dont get the first letter but by the second one the windows gone?

are you using a phone to browse the forum?
if so please try to use a PC/laptop .... as you will find some difficulties browsing on your phone
