HSBC PPI Complaint How Can I Send Documents To Them On line

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to send PPI related documents to HSBC online?
HSBC said I can do it using Resolver although I couldn’t see anyway of doing it unless a complaint raised.
They also said I could do it on there website, hsbc.com, I tried that couldn’t find anything on there.

There is an email address for complaints. Or email them and ask them for a.link

Would that be a general email address or one specific for PPI complaints?
