hi Guys
What is the fitting charge for SkyQ been with them 20 years and every time i call them it differs, it really is becoming an issue trying to sort a deal out at the moment.

I switched from Sky HD to Sky Q and there was no installation charge but the Sky Q equipment cost more per month than the previous HD box.0

The reason i ask was because i called the other day and was advised there was no cost but this morning they were adamant the charge is £400 -
Log on to your "my sky " account.
It's normally free under " my offers"
Edit , I stand corrected my account currently says £30 but it has been free at timesEx forum ambassador

I think that they initially wanted £20 (this is a year ago) but after a frank exchange of views that bit was removed.0
