What's the latest on PPI claim/statue barred debt?

Options
Hi,

Decided to claim before the window shuts and went with reclaimppi.co.uk.

Unfortunately most of my finance was retail finance/store cards, and it turns out they don't pursue that. Can anyone recommend a company who do?

My two biggest claims would be on credit cards:

1) Barclaycard. I lost my job and offered a reduced monthly payment, verbally. They refused, sent me threatening letters etc and then passed it to CapQuest. Came to nothing. No contact since 2011.

2) RBS, a similar story.

Should I claim?
Will it kick up an old problem?
Will I get the money?
Will I get into trouble?

I dunno what to do!

I should be owed a handsome sum from storecards//credit cards, but didn't add the credit cards to my claim for fear of waking a sleeping dog.

And who do I turn to, to chase my storecards?

Thanks guys

If you owed money through defaulting on payments any successful redress will go to the debt first and you will still have to pay the claims company even if you don't receive a penny, a thing they should have pointed out to you to start with.
Statute barring does not mean you don't owe the money , just that they can't issue a ccj against you.
Santander or new day or maybe someone else are responsible for store cards , depends on which one it was.

I, for one, can’t wait for midnight next Thursday.

I can’t wait for the posts from Friday onwards from people claiming it’s disgraceful that they haven’t had chance to get their refund from an account from 1989 for which they have no paper work but yet still remember being sold PPI as though it were yesterday.

    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)
