Appreciate some advice please
My company are going into voluntary liquidation and starting up again under a new name. A few of the staff including myself have been asked to more over to the new company. What happens about redundancy from the old company? Is it true that if they keep of 50% of the old staff the government will not pay redundancy but our long term service will carry on under the new company.
Sorry if it sounds confusing
Many thanks
