Britannia multiple PCNs

We have multiple PCNs with Britannia from a confusing railway station where two car parks are operated by different companies and we paid the wrong one. This happened 5 times over the space of 2 weeks before we received the first PCN and realised what had happened.

This has now been passed on to BW legal but in 3 different files. They are refusing to put them altogether (even though one file already has 3 PCNs in) and say we will have to fight each one separately. Can they do this?

We are at the stage of pre-court action.

email a SAR to Brit DPO and get all the docs and pics and data they hold on you

if Brit or B W LEGAL issue multiple claims , you will be asking for them to be consolidated into one claim from the judge, asking at each and every stage until its been done by the judge/court

therefore, doesnt matter what B W say or do , because you will deal with the judge and what the judge says , goes , not B W LEGAL

check if bylaws apply , if they do tell B W LEGAL you will contest jurisdiction for each case and will be charging them the £100 fee in each case too

Pretty sure we've seen a thread before about a confusing railway car park with ParkingEye and Britannia on site. Search the forum, this has been discussed before and good evidence of the sites and lack of delineation makes for a very strong defence stance.

    Nope. Search the forum for:

two claims? abuse of process consolidated

...and copy the wording suggested in posts about that, lots of times. Hit them with that wording NOW to stop them filing more than one claim.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
