PPI claim from fiat auto financial services t/a fiat consumer services

Evening all,
I’ve found some paperwork re: my car finance from 2007. There is PPI on the form, however my problem isn’t so straight forward. The dealership where I purchased it from (Desira Southgate) no longer exists but I believe they are part of the Desira Group in Bury St Edmunds.
With the deadline soon approaching do i make the claim against the parent company in Bury St Edmunds as the branch is closed or do I make it against the finance company? The loan was paid off in 2012.
Any advice would be helpful, thanks

Your complaint is about the sale of the policy so you complain to whoever sold it to you

Phone first to check where to send your insurance complaint as they no longer seem to be authorised to sell insurance.
