PPI claim from fiat auto financial services t/a fiat consumer services

Evening all,
I’ve found some paperwork re: my car finance from 2007. There is PPI on the form, however my problem isn’t so straight forward. The dealership where I purchased it from (Desira Southgate) no longer exists but I believe they are part of the Desira Group in Bury St Edmunds.
With the deadline soon approaching do i make the claim against the parent company in Bury St Edmunds as the branch is closed or do I make it against the finance company? The loan was paid off in 2012.
Any advice would be helpful, thanks
