Hi, i have been offered an association home and i just wanted to know what the average bill prices monthly are for a single person in a 1 bed flat

Whilst an average number may or may not be close to what your bill would be, you could google "average gas and electricity bill 1 bed flat"0

Location may also be relevant - not sure if the username is significant but a property in Skye will probably entail higher heating bills than one in, say, Bournemouth....0

It'll depend on quite a number of factors - can't really comment realistically without knowing a lot more about your situation. A new home with good insulation, efficient radiator, in a warmer location will be a lot cheaper to run. Either way make sure to record your meter readings and check your usage on a regular basis. I'd also suggest staying away from "standard" tariffs with your provider, as these are generally more expense.
