C Drive losing space

My C drive is a Samsung SSD 830 256GB drive. It's been low on available space for a while and i've noticed it's getting even lower.
Problem is i've not been installing any programs to it and i've not been storing any files on it - i have a separate drive for that. Yet i've gone from 20GB free space to 13GB over the past few weeks.
Ideas?
* No i'm not defragmenting it. Or rather, i haven't been as i read you don't do that with SSD drives.

Windows keeps copies of previous for rollbacks
Can be deleted if you wish

Download WinDirStat and run it on the drive
It will show you which folders are taking up most room, what type of files taking up most, etc.0 -
Check Windows Recovery too, that can be a hog but it's easy enough to solve.
Search "Delete old restore points".0 -
Windows 10 20H1 build 18936 is rolling out now for Insiders0

1. I don't install Windows updates too frequently. I know i should. (I'm on Win7 btw - with no intention of moving to Win10)
2. How do you manually select which restore points to delete?0 -

My guess that you don't update Windows very often?0 -
If you search for System restore in Control Panel you should find the restore points if you open it.0
