I am looking for a sample mortgage contract document and hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Having made an online search most look US based, but i am looking for something UK ie under English Law. Thanks.

Ever done any training in mortgage/lending law? In Land Registry documents?0 -
I will be the borrower. I have not completed any training in lending legislation but familiar with Land Registry documents through leasing contracts. Thanks0

If you're borrowing, then the contract will be whatever your lender's normal contract is. And it will be watertight...
What do you want to look at a "sample" contract for?0 -

If you are thinking of writing your own I think you will find most of the banks deeds refer separately to their terms and conditions so you would need to incorporate anything relevant as well
