You want it thrown out before it goes to court and you want to counter claim. Maybe decide which you want.

It is not going to get thrown out before it goes to court, lets be serious. You have a company who have a loan secured against your home wanting their money back. We are not talking about £500 here, we are talking about what is presumably tens of thousands of pounds.

Reply to court paperwork and have your defence ready for on the day as I am fairly confident the lenders solicitors will be quite well armed with facts, figures and paperwork.

Do you have legal cover on your home insurance?
