Apologies to those who see this as pointless and i did not realise that someone had quoted me...

As mentioned the issue has been resolved by the company in question and it is in their best interest and my own for this thread to be deleted.

It's in the best interests of the forum for it to remain so if anyone else ever has the same/similar issue they can refer to your case. It's incredibly rude to post here and have people give up their own time to try and help you just for you to delete it. Now that you've done it twice you may find that people don't want to help you if you ever have another query. Next time if you want things kept private I suggest you pay for professional legal advice instead of wasting people's time here.

Correct forum etiquette would have been to post an update about how the issue was resolved.
