PCN / NTK received from PCS

HI all,
As keeper of vehicle, I have received the attached PCN from PCS for alleged 'no stopping' "offence".

Posted the details on pepipoo forums but they're not the most friendly or helpful bunch on there!
Just looking for advice as to the right appeal wording to use in the first instance please. The PCN doesn't appear compliant with POFA 2012 as there's no parking 'period' stated in the NTK, which is a requirement of the act.
Should my appeal just be on this basis at this point to get a POPLA code, or should I provide more detail at this stage. e.g. they claim their signs state 'no stopping' which is prohibitory as opposed to an invitation to contract. They are claiming a 'parking charge' when the reason for issuing the PCN is 'no stopping', not for parking etc, etc.
Thanks in advance

Everyone is asked to read up on this in the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread
Go there now to get an understanding of the game you are now caught up in and how to deal with this
A readymade appeal is written up there for you to send0 -
Thanks - did that, but all examples relate to 'parking' appeals as opposed to 'stopping'. Happy to use the example given in the newbies thread but just checking first whether I should be using anything different as the allegation doesn't relate to overstaying in a car park etc.0

Parking Control Solutions - link to an image of the NTK can be seen in my original post. Thanks0

If they are the PPC then read up on the futility of appeals to IPC companies in the FAQ
But they may be just acting as admin/collector for the PPC0 -
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
PCs are just a back office processing firm0
