Save yourself £1.20 and don't bother sending signed for as there is a fair chance it won't be and if it is not signed for there is reasonable proof it was not delivered. Just get a proof of postage and that is deemed as proof it was delivered.0

In addition to posting, I would also email it.
You may well have links to your married name on credit file so that could be how you were found. If they are saying you have moved, but you haven't, then it does sound like a mistrace - where they linked you to the person they are after.
Check your credit files too, see if there are any defaults you don't recognise or address links.0
