Defaults after bankruptcy

After being discharged bankrupt, on your credit file should there be default notices each month AFTER being discharged still appearing also should the amount I owe be zero. Also I heard that any debts after discharge should show as settled or satisfied. After looking at my credit file I have months of defaults for some creditors on the date after my discharge.
