Thanks for that. It also says I have to serve copies on all other parties. Can I email them a copy. I'm not sure what to do?

What you need to do is use your initiative.

Look again at your Claim Form.

There is a box on that Claim Form headed: Claimant

There is another box on that Claim Form headed: Address for sending documents and payments (if different)

Surely you can work where to send it from that?

Indeed, and you also need to know you can only *serve* the C by email IF and ONLY IF they have agreed to it.
