How to fix this screw?

Where can I order that screw and nyloc nuts?
The screw is 0.5x5.5cm but I don't know its pitch.

Also, what kind of bolts would be secure and not fall out?

Local hardware place, or eBay.
Bolts and screws, (screws have a thread all the way along the shank, bolts only part way) are measured by the shank length, not including the head.
They're measured in mm not cm. so probably M5 X 50mm (going on your measurements, although there are other threads similar sizes) with whatever head you need.
If it's going into a threaded hole then the best way to stop a screw undoing is to use a drop of Loctite threadlock. There are various brands,

Is it not possible to get to a diy shop or market stall? A car parts shop or garage is likely to have what you need and all should be able to match the bolt you have.
