I received a claim form last week & came on here straight away. I've send the AoS via moneyclaim. I've looked at loads of defences but I just can't understand which I should use. So very poor signage where the bay was and on the ground, there should be no doubt that it's a disabled bay before anyone has exited the vehicle

No landowner authority and poor signage will be 2 defence points, plus abuse of process due to inflating the claim

A driver defence is probably better than a pofa one, so you can tell it how it is, others may disagree

Email a SAR to UKCPM today, to their DPO and attach a copy of the claim form as proof of ID under the GDPR
