selling swiss shares in swiss francs

I have asked this before but still either i dont understand or havent got the proper solution
I have some swiss shares held by a 3rd party, I can sell them without issue, but the 3rd party needs an account to pay them in to.
I need an account with a physical address ( the 3rd party needs the address as well as iban etc) that will accept swiss francs and give me the best exchange rate
thanks

Are they asking for the account holder's address as registered with the bank, or the address of the bank itself?Evolution, not revolution0

I cant remember , and just been on the site to check and its down for maintenance till tomorrow eve
I have just been on the phone to my bank to see what they would charge and at what exchange rate
£7 charge and a rate of 1.20 CHF to the pound which is clearly wrong and probably the rate to change £ in to CHF.
I did point out that that rate seems a bit generous ( it should be nearer to 0.84) but she kept saying that is what it is until she went off and came back saying she had googled the rate and it seems wrong.
to be fair it is a saturday and the dept that deals with international exchange isnt in today0 -
should have sealed it in at that rate!0

in case anyone is interested i transferred the shares to HL and have now sold some through them.
FX fee was 1% i think plus the 11.95 trade fee
maybe not the best but much better than selling them them through equateplus ( where they were held)and paying in to my bank account0
