Dexter not that it’s really relevant but a combination of an old address on record and financial difficulty. I’ve repaid over £3k of creditors and am repaying all my unsecured debt off rapidly and this one slipped the net by mistake.0

Then you need to make sure your address details are up to date.
It’s likely the default notice has gone to that address and they will be able to reproduce a copy of it.0
