UK Car Park Management County Court Defence

Thanks again for the advice, i phoned and complained to the CCBC and the helpdesk agreed that it should have been in on time if submitted on the 20th August, i had to resubmit with the evidence that the defence was received (the auto response) and the court have now further advised they have received the defence and updated the case as below:
"this case has been referred to a District Judge for further directions since your defence was received within the time allowed. It can take several weeks until the court receives the judge’s decision, at which time you will be informed."
I spoke to the helpdesk again earlier, mindful of this incorrectly issued judgement having to be paid within a month or it goes on my credit file, and what if the judge has not reviewed by then, but they just advised they could not give me advice on that. So i guess i wait and hope i receive something before i might need to make a decision, a bit of a shambles really but i blame myself for leaving it so late.0 -
