I agree, looking closer it has original notice date on the top right with a redacted date, plus can't see any pofa warning, so does appear to be a reminder although it still should not say the word owner on it, because an owner has no liability

So I agree with Umkomaas and think it's a reminder and a previous ntk was sent

Still the same appeal though, regardless

Could do with the above questions being answered to be sure

I wonder if Smart are on the funny stuff again ??

Adding £10 if you don't pay within 14 days and then it goes straight to debt collection making the charge £110

    What happened to POPLA ??

I would send a copy to Steve Clark at the BPA asking if he can translate this rubbish to comply with POFA2012

You have left a piece of info on your photo which could well allow the PPC to identify you

    Redact that info

The letter says you can appeal so do so using the blue template from the NEWBIES as already advised, sent unedited from the keeper.

Complain to the BPA about the add on £10 charge and the use of a prohibited premium rate 'phone number.

Your latest image has your vehicle's registration number clearly visible in the body of the letter.

Remove the image you originally posted (and subsequently removed the link to,)

Unfortunately the link was posted in a quote in post # 10 and thus can still be viewed

you should have come here weeks ago so we could advise you properly, OR mentioned this previous notice to keeper in your initial post #1 above in more detail, but we got sidetracked with the OWNER business instead

either way, you still do what I said, but strange that the reminder mentions an owner, owners have no liability , drivers definitely do, and keepers only if SMART followed POFA

MY PM,S ARE CLOSED BUT I WILL EDIT ANY QUOTES
