Private Car Park Advice...

Hopefully this is the right forum for this post, if not please move it, thanks

Looking for some advice over a neighbour issue, all advice would be appreciated....

We are a block of 4 flats with a private car park at the rear, it quite clearly says in our deeds that we are all entitled to one space each etc etc. Had no problems for years, we all respect it equally.

My problem is the house that backs onto the car park from the other side, it is owned by one of those people that when you first meet her you know straight away that she's trouble, she has a garage with a space in front of it, couldn't be clearer, after a random conversation with her a few months ago where she claimed that she has parking rights to our car park which I stated that it was very clear that her property ended there, her space is there etc, I also said if that was correct then if she could show me her title deeds to confirm that, which she has never.......she has now taken it upon herself to use up one of our spaces most days and nights. Would like to send her a letter of sorts as she had sent me one claiming her space, would have in it the part from our deeds, map etc to explain.

Any advice would be helpful, as i'm not very good at these things.

Many thanks

Quickest and easiest way, although not necessarily the cheapest, is to get a solicitor to send her a letter clarifying the situation. That would be enough to get most people to comply.
