FOS Advice
I have now sorted out a list of previous debts that have all been paid for over the last 10 years. I have some statements, whilst others i dont have anything. I have tried to email the companies directly regarding refunds or claims but they are all fobbing me off and saying they will reply within 60 days
My question is can i go direct to the FOS with all my complaints at the start bypassing the companies or do i have to go to the companies first and wait until they reply

Please use the link provided. It is very clear. FOS say that when you have made an official written complaint,
FOS also say, that if you are unsure about how to complain, then you can contact FOS direct, by phone if you wish, for help and guidance.… the business needs to give you their final response within eight weeks at the most...
Please, please use the link provided. Your threads seem to wander off as you tend not to do as advised...I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job

As above
Note that going straight to FOS does not "bypass" the companies, FOS will simply forward your complaint to the companies and allow them the standard 8 weeks to respond.0 -

try resolver.0

Yes i think resolver is the best way forward. I have a few complaints i would like to do and its easier going through one website for everything0

For the love of god please do not use Resolver... it is an awful tool that sends incorrect information to often incorrect email addresses - just contact the companies direct via email0

perhaps i should go direct to the FOS as they will forward the complaint on to the companies before getting involved0
