So what else are they getting wrong ?

I had the same message as I'm on Eversmart Welcome Home. Hence the reason for doing the comparison yourself.

I know what I currently use per annum and what it costs me. I still use the comparison sites to show me what's available, but will always do my own sums.

They are a good starting point but, these days, appear to be quite inaccurate.

For gods sake don t go with Eversmart and their three employees. Two of my friends who I helped switch them to Eversmart 8 months ago still not have abled to contact them by any way possible to either register or log in or telephone , live chat .
Its more likely to be duff info from Eversmart than CAB

Eversmart have been fine for me. No real problems, a little hiccup at the start and a few wobbles with their IT but every month they produce an accurate bill at an unbeatable price.



edit: It looks like EnergyHelpline are showing the same.

I've had no problems whatsoever.....accurate bills all the time,i will stay with them Aug 2020

Edit my tariff ends 23rd August 2019....good job i replied to this thread,looks like a move to symbio is on the cards

The latest Eversmart tariffs, in my area are rubbish.They are not now in the top 30 for prices.Maybe they have suckered a few into another year, like they did to one of my friends until I pointed out the high rates .They have had their day.
Start a business using few employees, create havoc , get warned by OFGEM. One of the worst suppliers ever and a lousy advert for the small supplier.

Found a post from last October by an MSEer who also said it was dual fuel only
