Hi All,
I have had a PCN from Link Parking for failure to display a permit. This PCN was issued in early March 2019 and my first correspondence i received from Link was at the end of July, as it has taken nearly 5 months for Link to get in touch does this have any impact at all? or do they have to get in touch with me within a certain time frame?
Having read the newbie thread i did not contact Link and was waiting for correspondence from them and now i take it the next steps of sending the letter template direct to there legal advisers BW Legal.
is this the right course of action and if not can anyone point me in the right direction.
Thanks
