Please help,
I have just received notification that my company did not send my 2018 P11D in to the HMRC. Which has left me with a significant tax bill. I understand it is my employers duty to send this in, and they can get fined for not doing so. Could anyone advise me what I should do. I have spoken to HR but they just seem to be giving me the merry go round.
Thanks in advance,

Maybe the have been fined - not your concern.
Not sure what advice you are hoping to get - you are the one that received the benefit and you are the one liable for the tax whether the P11d was late or not.0 -
Have you checked HMRCs calculation? Is it correct?0

There is no such thing as a "2018" P11D. Do you mean 2017:18 or 2018:19?
Your employer ot submitting a P11D is unlikely to leave you with a tax bill.
Can you explain exactly what has happened and what you have received from HMRC?0
