Help No Photo ID and EE wont replace lost contract Sim

I have no photo ID and my phone has been lost on a night out, EE wont replace my sim without photo ID which I dont have, still have 9 months of contract left I dont want to pay £25 a month for nothing I dont see why they cant just send a replacement sim to my contracted home address ??? Help I am paying for nothing and it must show on their records that the sim is inactive what are my rights they are now also charging me admin fees, when they said they would freeze the accoutn whilst it was looked into this was only the other day how do I get around this (my mum is on BT and they replace her sim with no problems and no ID needed) what are my rights
