E: 15/10 Win 2-night stay for 2 at the new Hoxton Hotel, Southwark
CN Traveller
When were the current buildings at Borough Market built?
answer: 1850s
The prizewinner and a guest will check into a room at London’s hottest new hotel, The Hoxton, Southwark – the third property in the capital from the East London-born brand. The Hoxton, Southwark – opening in September 2019 – is a short walk from the buzz of the South Bank. Rooms are stripped back, with smart details (parquet floors, velvet headboards and Roberts radios) paired with warehouse-style features that mirror the neighbourhood’s industrial history (there are lots of exposed brick walls, concrete ceilings). At The Hoxton, Southwark, rooftop restaurant Seabird (run in partnership with the team behind New York hotspot Maison Premiere) will have London’s longest oyster list and a cool-as-can-be raw bar on the hotel’s 14th floor. The prize includes a three-course supper for two at Seabird, with a bottle of wine. The prizewinner and their guest will be on the doorstep of some of London’s loveliest landmarks, from foodie Borough Market to the flashy Shard.
The prize must be taken by 15 October 2020. Failure to redeem the stay by this date will result in forfeit of the prize.
The prize is subject to availability and non-refundable, based on two people sharing one room.
Black-out dates apply.
