UKPC/SCS county court claim- URGENT HELP NEEDED

A County Court Claim form has been received, filed by SCS Law on behalf of UKPC Ltd. The assistance of this forum would be greatly appreciated.
I believe there is a gap in the contract between the land owner and the managing car parking company. They have proof for one year than it’s a gap year that they can’t proof a contract and then there is another contract in place. But the gap year when I have asked for a proof of the contract they were saying that it was a rolling contract.
I don’t understand how this is possible? Could any of you please help with any advice what to do as I have the court hearing next month and getting increasingly worries how this may turn out.
Thanks
