†Wales Rally GB Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The ‘Promoter’ is Toyota (GB) PLC, registered in England and Wales with company number 0916634 and its registered office address at Great Burgh, Burgh Heath, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5UX.
2. This prize draw is exclusive to Toyota vehicle owners residing in the UK aged 18 years or over.
3. The competition will run from 01:00 on Wednesday 14th August 2019 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on Saturday 31st August 2019 (the “Closing Date”). All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
4. All entries must be received via the completion and submission of the online form as detailed on the landing page.
5. No purchase is necessary.
6. Only one entry per person. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted.
7. This promotion is not open to any employees of TGB, their immediate families or contractors or any person directly or indirectly involved in the promotion.
8. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed to be in acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9. There are a total of two prizes to be won. Both prizes will consist of:

• Two (2) Rally Xtra hospitality tickets to the Wales Rally GB event at Colwyn Bay which is a round of the FIA World Rally Championship - A dedicated area within Porth Eirias with exclusive viewing on the roof.
• Hospitality car park.
• Toilet facilities.
• Two course evening meal.
• Tea, coffee and cake on arrival.
• Complimentary programme per guest alongside live TV feed with commentary.

10. Both prizes exclude any costs of travel, accommodation, transfers or food and drink. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).
11. The prizes are supplied by MSL Global Ltd, registered in England and Wales with company number 01487860 and its registered office address at Building 91B Whitehill & Bordon Enterprise Park, Budds Lane, Bordon, Hampshire, England, GU35 0FJ (the "Supplier").
12. There will be no cash alternative to the prize stated.
13. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable.
14. Two prize winners will be drawn at random by an independent person (the “judge”) and notified on the 2nd of September (the “Announcement Date”). The winner will be selected from eligible entries received.
15. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry.
16. If the prize winners cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter, that winner will forego the right to claim the prize and the Promoter will arrange for a replacement winning entry to be selected in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
17. The prizes may not be claimed by a third party on the winners’ behalf.
18. The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion at any stage and without notice if deemed necessary in their opinion, and/or if circumstances arise outside of their control. The Promoter [and those organising any prize on their behalf] cannot be held responsible or liable for any circumstance beyond its reasonable control that prevents any prize from being used or available.
20. Details of the winner can be obtained by writing to Toyota (GB) PLC, Great Burgh, Burgh Heath, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5UX with a stamped address envelope. No other correspondence will be entered into.
21. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If we do this we will publish the updated terms and conditions appropriately.
22. The promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
