Fake console from second hand store, rights?

Forgot to respond, yes it was a fake I know my fakes in this regard, the main issue was that it looked identical to a real console without taking time to inspect.
I also checked online for fake videos and the pcb, and the case are identical to a Chinese clone, also when booting up (which I didn't do until recently to confirm) it has the menu of the same Chinese clone and bootleg games.
The only official reproductions/clone consoles look totally different, and have logos on that reflect its a clone console.
Also, to mention it had stickers underneath that matched the original console not a replica, without booting it up or seeing power supply the only clear indicator would be the sd card slot.
OOPS and forgot to say managed to get a refund, the staff actually laughed and apologised.0
