advice/ help on choosing a rotary tool

I've been thinking of getting a rotary tool to do some indoor crafts, particularly pebble carving.
I've spent 2 days browsing ebay and amazon and I just can't decide what to get. I've set a budget of £60. If anyone can say if these are any good or recommend one that would be great.
