Hi,
Can someone tell me if you can pay a credit card balance off with another credit card and whether this is treated as a 'cash' transaction (ie expensive) or just a purchase? I'm thinking of doing this to avoid paying extra balance transfer fees.
Any advice gratefully received

No you can't 'pay' off a CC with another CC.
But:
You can do a BT between them
or
Draw out cash and use it to pay off the card0 -
Thanks Clapton - just the advice I needed0
