Now that Sports Direct own Gelert's name, are they honouring their lifetime guarantee?

I did try that, funnily enough, and got "Hello, this site is currently not available. Please try again later".

Might as well close MSE down right now seeing that Google has all the answers.

Already answered that above and if you tried sending them an email you'd know it doesn't work, hence asking the question on MSE..

I thought MSE was a helpful and friendly forum rather than a hangout for passive aggressive posters hiding behind their keyboards.

But youre asking people who will not know the answer. Were tying to direct you to an answer, all be it tongue in cheek a little but the answer is, unless somenoen has direct experience of using a gelert lifetime guarantee, ill be amazed if anyone has used this, gelert is a budget brand and as such will more or less always be easier buying a replacement than dealing with what the rules will be surrounding their life time guarantee, theyre just ot going to know the answer. Someone at Gelert will.

I'd be amazed if someone hadn't had dealings with Gelert; they were a quality brand and have only become budget since going bust and the name being taken over.

The purpose of this forum is to ask questions such as this otherwise we all might as well just rely on Google and/or the manufacturer.
