I've paid the £60 ticket. Now getting Notice to Keeper in post asking for £100

Last month I got a UKPC parking ticket on my car, and I paid the £60 online on the day.

Today, I've recieved a Notice to Keeper letter in the post saying I owe £100 for that ticket!

I have appealed online at UKPC sending a copy of the email reciept for that payment, and also a screenshot from my bank app of the transaction.

Is there anything else I have to do? Has this happened to anyone else here before?

It happens a lot. It's why we refer to the lower fee as the mythical discount on here.

In future don't pay a penny before coming here first.

So will I end up having to pay the £100 on top? I've never had this happen to me before.

Just to clarify, I have no problem paying the £60 as I was in the wrong for where I parked.

You shouldn't pay a penny. Not ever. As you can see you are funding what has been described in Parliament as a scam industry.

How did you pay? If it was by card can you do a chargeback?

I paid by debit card, I'm not sure if I can do a chargeback now.

I guess I just have to wait for them to respond to my online appeal? The email confirmation of the transaction should be enough I would hope

Try a chargeback. You won't know unless you do.

You paid! Why? This is a scam, do not pay them a penny more unless a judge tells you to.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
