Interesting to see Barclays rated best in online and mobile services - I'm not a customer of theirs but don't see many posts on here praising their facilities when the subject arises....

Metrobank still can't for a toffee set up a Direct Debit to enable their customers to easily pay their credit card on time monthly, and their credit card account still seems to be shoe-horned onto the same current account software package they began with. Their clearing is still through Barclays I believe.

Must be the dog biscuits still getting the votes :(

Similar thoughts from me about their mobile app. One of the highest scoring websites and apps, yet it's rubbish. Very few features, can't set up standing orders where the first payment falls on a weekend, can't amend standing orders where the next payment falls on a weekend, limited transaction details on the app, etc etc etc.
