What animal is pooing on my driveway at night?!

Hello,
I'm no animal expert so I dont know how to solve this issue.:(
Something is pooing just outside my door on the tarmac at night (sometime between 7pm and 6am). The are 2 light sensors in the area.
The first time, I hosed and bleached the area and put chilli powder down and there was no poo the next morning. Last night I put chilli powder down again and it happened (maybe the rain ruined the chilli smell?)
Does anyone know what animal it could be?! I thought maybe a fox but wouldnt they be scared of the light going on?
I've read fox poo has a distinctive smell but I couldnt smell anything. The poo looked just like the poo emoji and this morning's one was like 2 thick strands (sorry for the TMI).

Cat or fox?
They both pong, but always till after the dog has rolled in them. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Given that it's driveway rather than garden, I'd say fox - they're pretty brazen especially if they've got cubs to feed
Why am I in this handcart and where are we going ?0 -
Animals get used to things like sensor lights.
Fox is most likely, but cat is possible. There's one who comes onto our land and doesn't bury. It had a road accident and is old + incapable.
Small thin ones = hedgehog, if you should be so lucky.0 -

Does this help?

A hedgehog is possible, they can squeeze out something the size of half a small chipolata!
My money'd be on hedgehogs or foxes... cats prefer to muck up your garden with some digging and dogs are more likely to be on a lead/under supervision.0 -

I say it is fox poo, has the one(s) that's come to my garden is not afraid of the security light.0

Cats always go where they can cover it up with earth or similar. Foxes are notorious for pooing I the same spot all the time. they are creatures of habit and don't bury theirs like cats. Guarantee it will be fox.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
