Tsb online banking; here we go again?

Unable to log on to either app or online banking for the last couple of hours; despite their website saying services are available. Appears I am not alone with this problem.

Just opened an email from TSB:
“There’s a new message waiting for you in your Internet Banking inbox.
This message is important and needs your attention.”
It helps to have a sense of humour with this outfit. Time to consider switching away methinks.0 -
I have logged into the app just now without problems.0

Thank you Colsten. I have also just managed to log into the app after a couple of frustrating hours. Downdetector has over 800 reports of tsb online problems so far today!0

I've logged in as well but it looks like something has updated overnight as I had a notification prior to my password request0

I couldn’t log on earlier either but I had nothing urgent to do so waited an hour or two and tried again, this time successfully. No drama.0

I wonder what they will say in the email if they have a message for you that really is "important & needs your attention" & not just another monthly statement.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0 -

And why can't those messages which are "important and need your attention" be read in the app, like Lloyds, BoS etc:cool:0 -
Also received a similar email on the 15th - but I'm struggling to find my inbox on the website - where has it gone?
Haven't needed to use the site for a while, so not as familiar with its set-up as my main bank, but if anyone can tell me what and where to click to see this "important" communication I'd be most grateful!***Mortgage Free Oct 2018 - Debt Free again (after detour) June 2022***
