Question please?
So I drive along with others into the car park next to the aquarium in Plymouth. It’s anpr on the entrance and anpr on exit. No barriers. Run by Brittannia. We all literally drive up and down and cannot find spaces. We are all queuing. So in the end people are just driving out again.
So at no point have we parked ( I’ve got a valid ticket starting about 10 mins later from a different car park )
But of course we’ve been in and out. As I didn’t park I didn’t buy a ticket.
Am I likely to get anything through the post?

Have also got a copy of the dashcam going in waiting queues waiting queues waiting then giving up and driving back down towards the exit.0
