Anyone used tribunal for lease management disputes?

Any recommendations of who to use? Having problems with ours sending bills with little explanation. Lots of residents feeling we are not getting value for money and so wish to challenge them.

I think it will be a battle but worth a try. They don't even answer our questions so have to do something I think.
