Im trying to find some Help To Buy properties in London. But other than stubling across them, or checking on individual developers website i cant seem to find a list of all available help to buy properties near me.
Is there a search portal that will either be just for Help to buy or let me filter to Help to buy ?
There is a great website for share to buy which lets you browse on a map, and as far as i can see portals like Rightmove / Zoopla etc have a filter for share to buy, but cant seem to find the same for Help To Buy.

Share to Buy? You mean shared ownership.
"Share To Buy" is just the name of the mortgage broking outfit which currently has the contract to market shared ownership in London, IIRC.
HTB Equity Loan is offered by most builders/developers so it doesn't need a marketing "brand" as most newbuild stuff under £600k in England is automatically included if the builder/developer chooses to offer it.I am a mortgage broker.
