Hi...........I'm a very confused and struggling 71 year old. I know I was mis-sold PPI but don't really know where to start as I don't have any paperwork anymore and can't remember the exact details of my loans. I have remarried twice since my first 'foray' with my bank and therefore have changed account numbers too. In researching how to go about a claim, i cannot find any information pertaining to my situation. Please help! There's not much time left and I really need to sort this out - thank you in advance.:sad:

It doesn't matter if you've remarried. You're still the same person.
But to make a complaint, you need to know who you're complaining to and what your complaint is.0 -
From your post you suggest this was likely sometime ago... as such there may be little or no information left.
Contact who think provided it providing them with all your names and addresses, they either find something or they don’t0 -
Contact whichever back you can remember sold you credit and complain.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
